Located in Provence, the Caramelerie production workshop offers visitors a dive into the history of manufactures of the 1950s. The workshop preserves caramel-making heritage through vintage machinery and time-honoured techniques. From copper cauldron to sugar spinner to individually wrapped golden foil, each caramel cube reflects generations of artisanal mastery and timeless craftsmanship.
