Opening a Registry

In order to create a gift registry, you will need to register for an online account with us under “Create a Registry.” Complete the required information under your profile and then you may begin adding gifts to your registry

Stock Availability & Special Orders

All gifts added to your registry are subject to availability.  

If a guest wishes to purchase an out-of-stock item from your registry, they may contact us at 514-253-1515 or registry@maisonlipari.ca to inquire about placing a special order. Please note that special orders are not guaranteed and are based on vendor availability. Please also note that all special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

If the out-of-stock item is no longer available for special order, we will advise you accordingly and will suggest an alternative item. 

Pricing

The price of items are as shown on our website and are subject to change. Your guests will be charged the price that is displayed on the website on the date that the gift is purchased.

Modifying A Registry

You can add or remove items from your registry at any time by going to “Manage your Registry.”

You can adjust the quantity of an item at any time by going to “Manage your Registry.”

Returns & Cancellations

Unfortunately, all registry purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Delivery & In-Store Pickup

SHIPPING:
Gifts can be delivered to your shipping address or to the guest’s shipping address. If may update your shipping preferences here:  

  • Log into your account 
  • Go to your “Profile” tab
  • Update your shipping information under “Shipping Information” section at the bottom

IN-STORE PICKUP:
Gifts can only be picked up in store by the purchaser. The guest (purchaser) will be notified once their order is ready for pickup.

Please note that you (the registrant) will NOT be notified when an item is available for pickup. Items will be held in store for a maximum of 30 days, after which the items will be refunded and returned.

Storage

Unfortunately, your gifts cannot be kept in store until the time of your event.

Contribution Registry

Maison Lipari does not offer the option to open a “contribution registry” (i.e. a registry that allows you to exchange gifts purchased from your registry for a cash refund) as all registry purchases are FINAL SALE. Alternatively, you may opt to add gift cards to your registry that you may then use store-wide.

Closing A Registry

Please note that Maison Lipari offers a 10% completion discount on the remaining full-priced items on your registry. Discount cannot be applied to any Christofle, Baccarat, Bernardaud, Baobab Collection, St.Louis or Ginori 1735 items. Additional exclusions may apply.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be added to your registry, like any other product. Gift cards purchased through an online gift registry are e-gift cards for online use only. Guests have the option to choose which email to send the e-gift card at checkout (the purchaser or the recipient, as selected).  

Gift Wrapping & Gift Message

Gift wrapping is available for a fee of $10 per order. All gift-wrapped items will have their prices removed. Please note that some items cannot be wrapped because of their size, weight or shape.  

A gift message can be included in the “Notes” section at checkout.
