Every kitchen’s broiler drawer (or storage drawer, let’s be honest) needs a versatile rectangular casserole dish like this one. Similar to the Heritage Rectangular Dish by its large surface, raised edges and resistant stoneware, this one is equipped with a lid which makes it perfect for preparing dishes that require trapping moisture like a tiramisu or spicy tamales.
