Jasper, one of their signature designs, is carefully handcrafted from end grain Southern Yellow Pine. This specific type of pine is known for its dense, slow growth and shares the durability of Maple. The boards feature a large round over, providing a soft edge and making them easy to handle. Each piece is finished with food grade oil and polished using our cutting board conditioning wax.
