Elle démontrera des techniques manuelles essentielles — couvrant à la fois les pâtes longues et courtes — et partagera des conseils pour utiliser des outils et équipements simples. Et pour finir sur une note gourmande, vous pourrez déguster les pâtes fraîches, accompagnées d’un verre de vin.
