The active ingredients retaining scent water:
Sodium benzoate: This conservative agent prevents microbial development (bacteria, fungi, etc.) and the deterioration of the formula.
Citric acid, sodium hydroxide: This agent regulates the pH* of cleaning water so that it is similar to that of the skin thus avoiding any skin irritation.
*PH (hydrogen potential) is the property of a material (e.g. skin, drink, food) to be more or less acidic. The skin has a neutral pH (neither too acidic, nor not acidic enough), so it is necessary to formulate a cosmetics which has the same characteristic to avoid irritation.
Tetrasodium glutamate diacetate: Agent improving the stability and appearance of the moisturizer.
