The recipe of Maison Brémond's calissons has stayed the same since 1830. Each delicate sweet unites a crushed mix of candied melons and Provence almonds, layered on a leaf of unleavened bread and covered with a thin layer of royal icing. This box features 20 small calissons with fruity and gourmet flavours: almond, cocoa & hazelnut, fig, lemon, and raspberry.
