These toasted almonds are perfect as an aperitif, in a salad, or as a snack. Roasted for a very short time in the oven at a low temperature to preserve their flavour, these almonds are then carefully coated in stainless steel vats in a small artisanal workshop in France.
Almonds toasted with Provence herbs: The flavour of roasted almonds pairs wonderfully with the flavours of Provence with rosemary, oregano, savory and thyme!
Almonds toasted with summer truffle: The combination of the crunchiness of toasted almonds and notes of summer truffle creates a delicious blend.
Spicy toasted almonds: The flavour of roasted almonds pairs perfectly with the paprika, which is revealed in this spicy blend. Crunchy and sunny, these spicy toasted almonds impart warm and slightly spicy flavours to the palate.

- Almonds with Provence Herbs: Almonds 83%, egg white (egg white, stabilizers: gum of guar, xanthan gum), flavouring (paprika, sea salt, tomato, dextrose, onion, garlic, hot pepper, natural paprika flavouring, smoked flavouring), mixed Provençal herbs 3% (rosemary 26%, oregano 26% , savory 26%, thyme 22%). May contain traces of other nuts.
- Almonds with Summer Truffle: Almonds 86%, egg white (egg white, stabilizers: gum of guar, xanthan gum), Camargue salt 2.5%, aroma 1.5%, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 1.15%. May contain traces of other nuts.
- Almonds with Spices: Almonds 80%, flavour 14% (paprika, sea salt, tomato, dextrose, onion, garlic, hot pepper, natural paprika flavour, smoked flavour ), egg white (egg white, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum). May contain traces of other nuts.
