The recipe of Maison Brémond's calissons has stayed the same since 1830. Each delicate sweet unites a crushed mix of candied melons and Provence almonds, layered on a leaf of unleavened bread and covered with a thin layer of royal icing. This box features 30 small calissons.

• Ingredients: Candied fruits 41% (fruits 54% (melon 96%, orange & lemon peels), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), almonds 30% (of wich 30% from Provence), sugar, egg white 2.5%, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, unleavened bread (potato starch, sunflower oil), natural flavourings, bitter almonds extract. May contain traces of nuts.
