This kit is composed of an 8 mm and a 16 mm precision dicing kit and is designed to be used with The Breville Sous Chef® 16 Pro. Breville’s website even features a recipe e-book with instructions to make tomato salsa, a finely chopped greek salad and a diced minestrone soup and fruit salad.
