RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may request to return the item within fifteen (15) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased price. Returned items must be unused and in original condition to be returned – unless it is a manufacturer defect. Returns for the following items are not accepted: Bed linens, Duvets, Pillows, Pillowcases, and Earrings. All items that are special ordered are final sale, and may be subject to a restocking fee if return is requested.
How to request a return:
1. To apply for a return, please log into My Account, go to Order History and select the order you wish to return or part-return.
2. Tell us what you are returning by selecting the quantity, reason for the return and submitting.
3. Please allow 1-2 business days for a member of the Lipari Web team to get back to you with next steps and a return label. We may deduct the return shipping cost from your reimbursement, depending on reason for return.
When we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. If the items are approved, your reimbursement will be processed. Please allow a 5 to 7 business day delay for us to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via e-mail when your return has been completed on our end. After that, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from all refunds. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.
Maison Lipari charges sales tax for products ordered on this website based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped.
Do you see one of these on your bank statement? Don't fret, it is not a second charge. Authorized payments are how your bank checks to see if you're able to pay for the purchase you're making (and how it can show APPROVED or DECLINED upon purchase). It should disappear on its own after the charge moves past authorization, or soon after that.

All orders are shipped within the delay shown on the individual product pages. This delay may be subject to change. Business days include Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
Expedited shipping Canada-wide takes 5-7 business days once an order is dispatched. Express shipping is only available in Canada, and takes 2 business days once an order is dispatched. For USA orders, shipping takes 5-7 business days once the order is dispatched.
Once your item is prepared for shipment and shipped; you will receive a Shipment Notification email with the carrier and tracking information. Please note that orders using local delivery or in-store pickup may not have tracking numbers.
In-store pickup is free and available for online orders. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Orders can only be collected at our flagship location:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Shipping cost may be adjusted post-purchase.
We offer free shipping on orders over CAD$300 before taxes and after discounts. It is applicable to standard shipping only, all other shipping options are presented at checkout. Offer is only applicable to orders shipping to Canadian residences in non-rural areas. Some items are excluded from this offer due to their size or weight, including furniture and rugs. Some items are restricted, meaning that they are not eligible for upgraded shipping: aerosols, pressurized spray cans, and alcohol-based products.
We do ship outside of North America, but please reach out to us before placing an order as there may be additional fees and restrictions depending on your shipping destination. Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders are FINAL SALE. Recipients of international orders are responsible for import duties and taxes upon package arrival.
Orders shipping outside of Canada will be charged for shipping post-purchase. You will be contacted by a sales associate with an accurate shipping charge, based on your location. The order will not be fulfilled until this charge is paid.

Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. All orders shipping outside of Canada are final sale.
You are able to see if an item is available on each individual product page. If you choose to buy an item that is back-ordered, we will ship any items that are in stock within the timeframe shown on the product page. If an item becomes sold out post-purchase, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and give you options that are in stock. You will be charged all necessary shipping & handling upon purchase, and this cost doesn't change based on the number of packages sent.
If you receive a defective product or encounter a defect over time and regular use, please contact us. Many of our vendors prefer to handle these directly with our customers. We would be happy to guide you in the right direction!
We do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.
