An elegant classical silver-plated model from the 17th century, its spoon bowl fitted with a fer-de-lance or “rat tail” reinforcement. The knife evokes a hunting knife by virtue its curved blade and round handle ending with a knob. The Puiforcat touch: – the fer-de-lance reinforcement at the centre of the fork. – on the spoon and fork handles, a ring recalling the traditional folding huntsman’s flatware.
